Gift-matching

You may not be aware, but most employers have gift-matching programs that allow you to make donations to charitable organizations such as Mercy Xpress. With this type of program, your employer matches your payroll deducted donation, dollar-for-dollar. They then send the entire donation amount directly to the receiving organization.
No fuss, no muss.

For example, lets say your employer has 500 employees. If each employee donated $5 dollars per paycheck, that would add up to $65,000 dollars per year. Your employer would then match that $65,000 dollars for a combined yearly donation of $130,000 dollars. As you can see, it's a simple process that can take a fairly small donation and transform it into a significant amount of money. In terms of Mercy Xpress, that amount would provide for approximately 12 flights each and every month.
